Finders Fees will be paid when a non-refundable deposit is received. Fees are 1% of total price of job (see example). All finder fees will be paid by check and are subject to Form 1099.

Example:

A $30,000.00 deck replacement @ 1% = $300.00
A $5,500.00 covering board @ 1% = $55.00
A $85,000.00 Interior make over @ 1% = $850.00
